Digital Vehicle – License, Insurance And RC Book Tracing For Police

The digital vehicle system is based on a mobile Android application. As the public increasingly uses vehicles on the road, there are concerns about compliance with rules and regulations. To address this, the project stores public vehicle details in a database that can be accessed by the police. The details stored include information on licenses, insurance, and RC books, and police officers can record punishments for non-compliance.The administration of the databases is the responsibility of the admin. Only the admin can update public document details and verify punishment information. With the Digital Vehicle – License, Insurance And RC Book Tracing For Police can enter punishment information, check insurance expiry dates, and confirm the validation of RC books. This automated system reduces the time involved in maintaining manual police records. The Android application, DIGITAL VEHICLE, allows police officers to access public documents from anywhere and at any time.

So it will be reduced time consuming for police. It is fully automated system using android application digital vehicle. Earlier systems are fully manually maintained by police records. At anywhere anytime police can view public documents.

The application will have a user friendly and menu based interface. Following user interface pages will be provided.

  • Registration to have their detailed information to maintain database
  • Login to validate and allow them to access these application complaints with already stored database.
  • Admin enters the login and view documents and update details.
  • Then police enter this system and can update punishment details.
